Fortunately losses and delays by Royal Mail are infrequent, but if your package is delayed we can only advise on its location or reason for delay if 'Special Delivery' has been selected. If your order has not arrived after 7 working days please contact your local Delivery Office as they may be holding your package. Most packages will not fit through a standard letter box.
